Website terms

This website is provided by Accurate Landscaping LLC for general information about our services. Information on this site is not an offer or a binding estimate; every job is quoted in a written estimate. Content on this site, including our name and logo, belongs to Accurate Landscaping LLC and may not be copied without permission. The site is provided "as is" without warranties, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any damages from using it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Estimates, invoices and payment

Work is performed under a written estimate or contract that describes the scope, price and payment schedule. Unless the estimate says otherwise, a 50% deposit is due before work begins, and invoices are due on receipt with a 7-day grace period. Change orders are agreed in writing before additional work is billed.

SMS Terms (Text Messaging Program)

  1. Program. Accurate Landscaping LLC's text messaging program sends and receives internal operational messages (job, estimate, invoice, receipt, payment-record and scheduling updates, and approval requests) between the company's owners/authorized team members and the company's back-office system.
  2. Consent. Only people who provide their own mobile number to Accurate Landscaping LLC and agree to receive these messages are enrolled. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
  3. Frequency. Message frequency varies based on job activity.
  4. Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
  5. Opt out. Text STOP to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, text START.
  6. Help. Text HELP for help, or contact us at 570-994-2288 or accuratelandscape@hotmail.com.
  7. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  8. Privacy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
